The Training Hub is where you create drills, build training sessions, and manage training events for your team. It also gives you access to saved drills, session templates, and both upcoming and past sessions. The Drill Designer is where you create and customise your own training drills. You can design drills from scratch, including setup details such as equipment, instructions, and coaching notes, making it easy to reuse them across different sessions.Click on "Create Drills" within the Training Hub, name your drill, write practical details and instructions for it and then access our drag and drop drill designer to create your drill.
Click on "Create a training event" to create a new training session in the calendar. You will need to schedule in a training session before you can create a plan for it. You can also create recurring training event series using our recurring timetabling tool.
Build powerful training sessions with our training session creator tools:Create Your Session: Name your session, select a date, time and location and write session plan notes.Build the Session: Our session builder is divided between "Warm Up", "Main Session" and "Cool Down". Add notes, breaks, quick drills or import drills created within the drill designer to each section to build out your session timeline. Review total session length and the number of blocks you've created. You can also select your session intensity, which can be tracked through the Insight Hub.Attendance Tracking: Once you finish building your training session, click on "Send Reminders" to auto send attendance requests to your players. [NOTE: Ensure you fill out the "Email" field in your player profiles to enable attendance requests]. You can also manually input attendance for each player. Once done, save your session.Delivering Your Session: Once you've built and saved your session, you'll see it come up as the "Next Training Session" within the Training Hub. Click on the "Deliver Session" button to rate your player's performance and complete the session. You can also export the session as a PDF and share it with your team.
