Navigate to the "Team Hub" and add players to your team through 2 different methods:1. Upload with CSV: Add your players within seconds by uploading a CSV of your player list. Our CSV uploader includes field mapping, so that we correctly capture the right data fields from your list. Players will be auto-added to your squad once uploaded.2. Manual upload: Add your players manually by pressing on the "Add player" button.
Player profiles allow you to track in-depth information for each of your players. To populate a player's profile, simply click on their tile from the "Squad" tab and enter their profile. From you, you can track the following:1. Admin: Input key player details such as registration numbers, suspensions, contact details (which you'll use for attendance tracking) and emergency contact information.2. Injuries: Track injuries by inputing new or historical injuries, provide details of the nature of the injury and input a tentative return date. The system will dynamically update and provide you with reminders around when the player will return.3. Event: View individual player performance through the performance tab in the player profile. This data is populated from your raw training, game day and attendance data.4. Notes: Create detailed notes for each of your players and store them in the notes tab.
Once you add your players, head to the "Formation" tab in the "Team Hub" and build your first team sheet.Select your shape, pick your first XI, substitutes and set piece takers and save. You can now use this team sheet across all games.
Coach TactiQ allows you to send auto-attendance reminders to each of your players. This is done via email. To enable attendance emails to your players, please ensure that you fill in the "Email" field in the "Contact information" tile of the player's profile.
