Navigate to the "My Teams" card in the home dashboard to rename your team, upload a new team logo or switch to different teams.If your coach plan includes more than one team, click on the "+" icon in the "My Teams" card to create a new team.
Match Centre: The Match Centre section allows you to view your previous game's result, prepare for your upcoming match and view the next upcoming game as well. You can also view results from your last 5 games and quickly identify any trends.Today's Schedule: The "Today's Schedule" card allows you to quickly visualise your events, games or training sessions of the day.Quick Links: The quicklink tiles at the bottom of the home dashboard allow you to quickly navigate to key areas on the platform.
The iQ Insights section is driven by powerful platform logic and highlights important patterns across your team. This includes insights such as players who may be injured or at risk, drops in team or individual performance, attendance issues (e.g. players missing training), recurring patterns and more.These insights help you make faster, more informed coaching decisions without needing to dig through data manually.
There are several ways you can get support, or access help within Coach TactiQ.Support Request: You can lodge a support request by clicking on your profile icon and selecting "Support". We'll get back to you within a few hours and implement your feedback where relevant!Wizard: Click on the "Book" icon next to your profile to kickstart the wizard and get an in-depth glimpse into the platform as a whole.Help Articles: Explore all the help articles on our website and learn how to use each feature to set you up for success.
Click on your profile icon and select "Settings" to manage your account. You can change your name, email, passport and billing details. This is also where to go if you'd like to add additional teams to your plan, or make changes to your subscription.
